We are currently in-network with several carriers & accept all other insurance permitting out-of-network billing. Credentialing (becoming an in-network provider) can be a lengthy process, taking between 30-120 days. If you have an insurance plan you would like us to accept, please use the “Contact Us” form to submit the name of your plan & the insurance carrier.
