Lymphedema is a condition which can make mobility challenging & lead to health complications if untreated. While there is no cure for primary or secondary lymphedema, there is treatment.
How to Schedule an Appointment and Begin Treatment
If you wish to bill insurance, we are currently in-network with Medicare. We accept all other insurance. You can also pay privately for treatment. Visit our FAQS page for information on how to schedule an appointment and begin treatment. If you would like to schedule a telehealth consult, click here.
Important: If you are receiving service from a home health agency and want to bill insurance, we cannot provide services to you. You must first discharge your home health agency (and we must receive a faxed copy of discharge from the agency). Insurance will not allow outpatient services (even if provided in your home) and home health agency services at the same time. (In some cases, you may be receiving hospice care and be eligible for our services. We will have to verify your insurance benefits to determine eligibility.)
Protecting your privacy is important to us. We are required by law to give you this notice about our privacy practices, our responsibilities & your rights concerning your protected health information. You can read this privacy notice here: NOTICE OF PRIVACY PRACTICES
